Lisa G. French
Lisa G. French was born at Andrews AFB and grew up in Mississippi and Texas. While attending The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she studied painting, drawing and experimental filmmaking. After earning her BFA, she worked at the Gene Siskel Film Center and later Second City Chicago before relocating to Los Angeles in 2006. One could say she was living the dream until the writers strike in 2008 led to a career pivot to marketing, digital media, and editorial content. In 2017, Lisa had a drawing in the Have Mercy: The John Stamos Art Show during Riot Fest. In the summer of 2020, she relocated to the Mojave desert after many visits over the years for quiet nights under the stars. Now, Lisa lives in Twentynine Palms, California and loves to hit the road whenever possible.
