Damien Gossett

Gossett is a poet, artist, photographer, sculptor and musician in disguise. He walks about collecting, sharing ideas, objects and documenting a vision of the world. Having as much fun as possible along the way. Lunacy, Love and Loss is the third book in a loosely related series. “Light, Dust, Dark”, the first is a photobook and a prose reflection on thirty days in Joshua Tree. “Shoes and Singularities” is a photobook on the randomness of found shoes.

His ultimate goal is to unravel a few threads that have hung on to my sleeves over the past thirty years. He don’t believe in scissors.

He received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1973 and a Masters in Multimedia from California State University, East Bay in 2005.
